Terms

GoodBox wants you to be happy. We aim to make the ordering and purchasing process as simple as possible. All our prices are in UK pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered. If you wish to place an order, please contact us on 01778 590085 or email us on info@goodbox.co.uk. We accept payment by most credit cards using paypal. When an order is made, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not constitute a contract between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract will exist between us. We have included this term to protect ourselves in the unlikely event that we are no longer able to supply a box for some reason. If this is the case, we will always contact you as soon as possible.

Prices & Delivery

Standard delivery is charged at £5.95 per box per UK delivery address. You will receive your box within 10 days if we have it in stock. Personalised orders may take longer but we will inform you of delivery times when you place your order. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to fulfil your order within this time, you will be telephoned or emailed with the option to cancel it if you would rather not wait. We are delighted to send GoodBoxes anywhere in the world. Postage will be charged at cost on a weight basis. International orders are generally delivered in 28 days.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy and internet security very seriously. Credit card payments are only accepted via paypal's secure system. We do not share any buyers information with third parties.

Returns refunds and exchanges

We will exchange or refund any (non personalised) item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the Box itself remain intact. We offer free returns on all orders. You must contact us to arrange the return which will either be by Royal Mail or by a collection from our courier. We will only refund the value of the item returned and not the original delivery charge.

We will only refund personalised boxes in the event that they are damaged during transit. W are unable to offer refunds for boxes which have been tailor made to your instructions.
