About GoodBox

GoodBox was established in 2007 by a mother of four, surrounded by small treasures that never seemed to have a home to go to. So many precious toys, letters, pictures, cards, all the paraphenalia of childhood, all needing a safe place. Somewhere private. A child's treasure box. 

Nowadays, we seem perpetually surrounded by ugly plastic boxes and overflowing drawers, we at GoodBox feel that there is no need for this, what there is a need for is unusual and highly personalised boxes for children. Boxes that are not only beautiful, but useful too.

Requests for everything from Wedding boxes to christening boxes to commemorative boxes mean that GoodBox.co.uk now considers itself a purveyor of private and personal boxes to all and any ages.  Each one hand painted, each one a treasure chest in its own right.

GoodBox.co.uk believes that things do need to be put away. Things need to be kept safe. People whose children are on a gap year get postcards and that these postcards are important enough to have their own box. Holidays are special and that not everyone gets around to putting photographs in an album. Weddings are hopefully once in a lifetime events, and they come with a lots of precious memories.
